Office Assistants
Office Assistants provide invaluable administrative
support to the agency through preparing mailings,
assembling information packages, helping with data
entry, answering the office phone and gathering basic
information from callers, greeting clients or potential
clients, coordinating special event logistics, copying,
making phone calls, etc. Office Assistants are especially
helpful to Individual Advocacy Team and the Advancement
Team. The office assistant experience is a great
opportunity for volunteers who have 2-3 hour blocks
of time that they can spend in the office on a regular/recurring
basis.
