Single Event Volunteers
The Council for Children’s Rights also has single-event opportunities that depend on volunteer support. CFCR has two major fundraising events, The Lunch for Children’s Rights in November and Spring for Kids! in early spring, which rely on volunteers for event coordination and preparation. Culinary Delights for Children’s Rights dinner parties are hosted by willing volunteers throughout the year. Any suggestions or offers for other one-time fundraising events are welcome.
In addition to volunteer-supported fundraisers, there are also opportunities to organize events for children in group homes, help facilitate focus group surveys and data collection, and contribute administrative assistance for short-term projects.
