Families First
Families First, a systems advocacy project of the Council for Children's
Rights, is a community-based, prevention and early intervention initiative
designed to ensure families with children in Mecklenburg County have
access to coordinated, comprehensive, research-based family support
services beginning in pregnancy and continuing until the child is
18 years of age.
